The role descriptions of an Idealist Group are a great start for organizing support to help people translate their intentions into action. Before the 5/7 launch, I think there should be some more clarity around what those groups will be expected to do. From the meeting yesterday, it sounds like they might do the following things:
-Host a 3Questions meeting
-Refer people to Idealist.org resources and outside resources to work on their goals
-Connect people to one another
-Educate people about how to use resources
I think the launch campaign should focus on the 3Q meeting. I asked Lorene if there is a kit you guys have of how to host one, as I’d like to try one before 5/7. I don’t think you have that type of reference guide, and I think that would be a great thing to create so there is some consistency across the Idealist Groups and people know what to expect when they organize a meeting for 5/7 and when they attend one.

Dan – in one word, Yes! We agree that the launch should focus on the 3Qs, and we’ll definitely have a “kit” to help with this.
